Drygioni is my champion design for League Of Legends. I think his playing style is unique and could be fun. Let me know what you think. (He is a ranged mage jungler)

Interesting idea, but I don't think this would be viable..
For starters he seems quite useless, without any major sources of damage or any capabilities to tank damage in his kit. Especially as a jungler he couldn't compete with any junglers, not even the AP ones like Fiddlesticks and Diana.
Secondly while the ideas you've listed are interesting they are a little.. generic at points. The passive for instance is almost identical to Eve's :/
I do like the W, at least the Neutral Monster Cast part. Maybe you should cut out the reverse thing because I think it would just be frustrating and annoying instead of an ability you'd need to take into consideration when planning trades and such.
If you really want to keep something like this you might want to change it to pushing a champion a certain distance the direction their back is currently faced or just make it a vector and make them walk to a certain spot or something like that.
The E seems really useless.. If I understood it properly when for instance you E an Ahri there will be two Ahris, one at a random spot and one where she used to be - as soon as the enemy team notices you cast your E (which happens quite quickly considering your team mate is getting teleported and doubled, and if they really don't notice they'll notice you're not casting any spells) that ability is just completely obsolete..
But then again the R sounds pretty neat.. If not OP. I mean fearing seems too strong, but that mana drain sounds great - maybe you could make it a slow when running away and a mana drain, including a health drain when you're close.. Or something like that
Lastly the Q. Not much to say to it.. It sounds okay-ish, but doesn't really seem to fit in his kit gameplay-wise. Idk, I guess you'd have to see it in-game to really judge how well it works
Well, my opinion and ideas - not necessarily the "right" ones, but I thought they might help, sooo yeah..
Long story short: might be fun for a couple games in casual fun with friends, but as a "real" champion probably quite unsuited
